Terms of Service
Effective date: October 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pacific Kai Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we" or "us"), for your use of Lumea Reports. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you sign up for an agency, you confirm you can agree for that agency.
1. What Lumea Reports does
Lumea Reports turns the files you upload, such as screenshots, PDFs, and CSVs, into monthly SEO reports for your clients. You check the numbers, and the app builds a branded web report and PDF.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and give accurate account details. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@lumeadirect.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Plans and limits

Yearly plans get 2 months free. Each report includes up to 5 full regenerates and 10 single-section rewrites. Reports on the Free plan show "Made with lumea.direct." We may change prices with 30 days' email notice. A change takes effect at your next billing period.
4. Billing and cancelling
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded. If a payment fails, we will email you and retry before we pause the account.
5. Your content
You own everything you upload and the reports built from it. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only to run Lumea Reports for you, including sending it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to upload your clients' information and to share reports with them. You are responsible for the reports you send to your clients.
6. AI and accuracy
Lumea Reports uses AI to read your files and write report text. AI can misread a number or word something poorly. That is why every number waits for your check before it reaches a report. You are responsible for reviewing each report before you send it. We do not promise any search ranking, traffic, or business result for you or your clients.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful.
- Upload patient or health records, government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or passwords.
- Try to access another agency's data or break the app's security.
- Create extra accounts to get around plan limits, or use bots to sign up or use the app.
- Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer Lumea Reports.
- Use the app to send spam or misleading reports.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. For abuse or a chargeback, suspension can be immediate.
8. Our service
We own Lumea Reports, its design, and its code. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. For a major change, we will email account owners first.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. Download any PDFs you want to keep first. We delete account content as described in our Privacy Policy. If we ever shut down Lumea Reports, we will give at least 90 days' email notice and a way to download your reports.
10. Disclaimers
Lumea Reports is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover our costs if a claim against us arises from content you uploaded or reports you sent to your clients.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
14. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and update the effective date. For major changes, we will email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Using Lumea Reports after that means you accept the new terms.
